A pretty pocket, happy circles, blossom punch.

I have loved the More Amore Speciality paer. we have done lots of different things with it at classes. These were made and fitted chocolate bars, coffee satchets and recently for my neice, just birthday money too spend.

This is a technique lots of people have shown lately, a simple and fun and effective card. great way to use up scraps by punching out circles to be used.

And lastly....the blossom punch trimmed to make a butterfly. some more lovely retired papers, beautiful colours together.
Thanks for stopping by.

More ideas for kids classes.

Lots of  fun creating these cute monkey boxes and lion punch art cards.
And then with a more girly bent we used the dress up stamp set and made punch art bunches of flowers.

and the ultimate in sweetness were the miniature fairy houses, the girls ( 4 yrs to8) had such fun designing these....I could have sat and pottered for ages with these.
We also made punch art hanging fairies and little fairy bags with the handbag die fortheir fairy wand and glitter....
And lastly....a favourite of all....the Minion card!
I hope these ideas have given you a smile and something to try yourself.

Theres only one you!

I love this stamp set, vintage verses that was a sale-a-bration item.
This was one of the cards I taught at class this week. I am proud to say its a Sally original and I was really pleased with how it turned out. Paper set was tea party and the lace roses just finish it off beautifully. I'm pleased to say I ordered another roll before these were retired last week!

Any way, exciting news with the new catalogue out and about, my first order will be going in soon, I had to prioritise the priority list!

Happy reading

Kids market items for sale.

I joined in with a friend who was having a stall recently, selling her kids hair accessories at a market selling kids gear. It was fun to mae a load of kids cards and treats and our stall did look fab. Here is a wee snap of some of my items.

My friends at the retirement village.

I recently was invited back to the retirement village to take a class for 8 ladies. They are a great bunch, happy, witty and sparky souls, they love a bit of banter with each other and its definitely a lively fun class.
Thanks to Jocelyn who arranges this.
We made these 2 cards....

Crikey, apolgies for the bad photography with the shadow of a horse puppet in the background! That the problem with doing these posts at night, my lighting is all wrong in my photos, will make note to self to improve that!

Kids love punch art

The kids classes each week are great fun. They are so een and want to know everything about every tool etc. they are just little enthusiastic sponges.

Usually I set 2 projects for the hour and half, a card and a 3d object. this was a free choice punchart activity where they had a criteria to make a tree and use the punches I had put out in any way to make a picture.
Great results.

Such an easy and creative way to keep kids happy.

Textured Impressions Embossing folder.

A couple of neat products I bought from the seasonal catalogue, this embossing folder and the Artisan Embellishments kit and the fabulous more Amore Speciality paper, I must order more of this before it ends at the end of this month.
Here are the two projects I taught  at class last week...

And we made this beautiful gift box, that the fabulous Karen Williamson demonstrated at training awhile back, I have just changed it here (as you will notice Karen) to use some of these lovely products I've just purchased. It opens to have a place that perfectly fits a tube of handcream, or 3 tea light candles or good old chocolate!

Thanks for checking in, happy crafting
